About us
The start-up that creates security with engineering science
Circle Networks is a technology company that is driven by engineering principles. Because we are convinced that this is what it takes to build sustainably secure systems.
Traceable development quality
Formal development methods are standard practice in many safety-critical industries, but are used only incidentally in information technology. Circle Networks develops with Common Criteria in mind from the beginning. Without ideology, we apply the new and preserve the proven.
More on our philosophy
Products with a clear conscience
Secure products also must be reliable with respect to the circumstances, under which they are manufactured. Circle Networks develops and integrates in Germany, and considers environmental and social requirements when procuring the installed components.
More on our responsibility
The people who make the secure difference
Circle Networks combines the benefits of a small company with a healthy work environment. We think entrepreneurial and apply engineering science to our work — while ignoring hype.

History
Secury made easy since 2018
Circle Networks was founded in January 2018 with the goal to create secure, but easy-to-handle networking equipment. Companies must be able to enjoy the benefits of digital transformation without needing to worry about security or having to become experts themselves. Such is not acceptable for any other industrial product — and it should not be for information technology either.
Marco W. Soijer ⋮ Founder & Executive Director
Marco started working on the idea of Circle Networks in July 2017. He previously was CEO of an enterprise subsidiary, head of engineering, project manager and flight test engineer. Marco worked in the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. He holds an MSc (1996) and a PhD (2003) in aerospace engineering from the Delft University of Technology and a Warwick MBA (2014).
Membership
Supporting the proliferation of knowledge on cybersecurity
